How do I refer a candidate?

Submit your friend's resume through our career portal and include your employee ID.

What if multiple employees refer the same candidate?

The first employee to refer the candidate will receive the referral reward.

How and when will I receive my referral bonus?

Referral bonuses are paid within 90 days after the referred candidate is hired and completes 90 days with the company.
